To keep participation affordable, the community works with volunteer honorary speakers who contribute their expertise for a nominal fee. These fees support essential administrative costs and help maintain long-term sustainability.
Participants, including speakers, arrange their own transport and accommodation to allow flexibility and manage costs effectively.
